Project Brief
The scope covered the full removal of the existing bathroom, including sanitaryware, finishes, fittings and associated services, followed by preparation of the walls and floors for the new installation. Plumbing and drainage were reviewed and adjusted to suit the new layout, alongside electrical works for lighting, ventilation and bathroom fittings. The bathroom was fully prepared with the required waterproofing and tanking systems before the installation of new wall and floor finishes. Works included tiling, sanitaryware, brassware, shower fittings, bath or shower areas, vanity units, mirrors, accessories, lighting and final decoration. Particular attention was given to setting out and coordination to ensure tile joints, sanitaryware positions, fittings and architectural details aligned correctly. All interfaces between plumbing, electrical, waterproofing and finishes were managed as one coordinated package to achieve a clean and consistent result.
Our Solution
By managing the renovation from strip-out through to completion, our team maintained full control over sequencing, workmanship and quality throughout the project. Each trade was coordinated around the approved layout and finishes, reducing clashes and ensuring that every element was installed correctly before the next stage progressed. The completed bathroom combines practical performance with a refined finish, delivering a fully renewed space with carefully executed detailing, durable materials and a high standard of installation throughout.
